SD 20microSDHC

It won't turn your cell phone into a touchscreen object of desire, but SanDisk's new 6GB and 8GB microSDHC cards promise to give your mobile as much storage muscle as Apple's top of the line iPhone. The 8GB card will give your phone enough room to stash over 2,000 MP3s or around 5 hours of MP4s, doubling the capacity of its now outdated sibling, the 4GB miniSDHC card. Pricing hasn't been set on the new cards, but they're expected to roll out later this year.

Can't wait till Q4 for your storage fix? Accompanying the miniSDHC cards is the new 4GB Memory Stick Micro (M2) card. The thumbnail-sized card was designed for Sony Ericsson's line of Cyber-shot and Walkman cellphones. They'll be available later this summer for $99.
