The Tubular Clock

Some of us are creative souls, free spirits who can't be held by blinking lights and ticking clocks. No sir, the man won't keep us down with his insistence on accurate time and clocks with numbers on them. The Tubular Clock is here to save us from having to watch a second hand spin around a circle all day until it's time to go home.

The beauty of the Tubular Clock is that it doesn't use numbers to tell the time, it uses words. The two sides of the clock rotate over the course of the day, allowing you to read the time in phrases like "a quarter to three" instead of 2:45, and "it's about six" instead of 6:00. The Tubular Clock is pretty large, shaped like a towel bar, and measures 33 inches wide and 4.5 inches in diameter. For $160 and one double-A battery, you can have one for your wall or office.
