Typewriters are pretty much obsolete these days. But there's a slight chance that you still have one lying around the attic (or wherever you store your old floppy disks too). Now there's a way to put that old typewriter to use.
The Corona-Matic, designed by School of Visual Arts student Chris Dimino, is a typewriter transformed into a waffle iron that makes keyboard-shaped waffles! But where's the maple syrup container shaped like a mouse? You have to check out his other designs too, such as the Burger Time Place Setting that involves a video game controller as utensils and a plate with an internal TV screen that plays the Nintendo game, "BurgerTime".
