It's a common problem: you're at an event in which you can't leave your cell phone's ringer on, so you turn it to vibrate instead. But unless you have your purse right up against you, you'll never feel your phone vibrate. You could remedy the situation by putting on your Bluetooth headset, but who wants to keep it on your ear the whole time? Enter the BlueQ (my hero). The BlueQ is a Bluetooth-enabled wristband that you place around your wrist. When your phone starts to ring, the band will vibrate within 30 feet of your phone, alerting you that you're receiving a call. To power on, press the C button. The T button is to transfer an incoming call from the wristband to your cell phone.
Don't like the plain, black band? Personalize your BlueQ with a QSkin that you create. Make sure you recharge the BlueQ every 30 hours or when the red light on the device starts flashing. A complete charge will last 45 to 60 minutes.
Look for the BlueQ at major retailers in July 2007 for $39.95. BQ Wireless is sending us a sample unit, so be on the lookout for a review soon! Thanks to an anonymous Gearlog reader for the tip!

If it only holds a charge for 45-60 min. Why would I charge it every 30 hours? 29 hours between usage is a long time.

If you check the manual on the website (see the link provided in the article), you will find that after the first charge, a full recharge will take (not last) between 45 and 60 minutes...
