Pure Digital Technologies on Tuesday announced Flip Video, a line of camcorders with integrated video-sharing capabilities right in the device, which claims that it can quickly and easily upload video captured by it to sites like YouTube. Users can also bring it to drugstores including CVS/pharmacy, Rite Aid, Wolf Camera Centers, Longs Drugs, and Duane Reade for one-hour conversion into DVDs.

Available today at major retailers nationwide, Flip Video camcorders are priced at $119.99 for the 30-minute model and $149.99 for the 60-minute model.

Specs are skimpy: Features include one-touch recording with 2x digital zoom, a 1.5X color playback screen, and the ability to connect the camcorder to the TV. The included software allows for "one-click" emailing, and the ability to send the video to video-sharing sites as well.
