Here's something to give dad for Father's Day. Memorex revealed its newest USB flash drive: the TravelDrive 2007. With a jack-knife design, this USB flash drive features a range of metallic colors (Desert Orange, Sagebrush Green, Ocean Blue, Fire Red, and Silver) and is equipped with Migo security software and Readyboost capabilities (for use with Vista). Available in 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB of capacity, dad can carry his important documents, favorite audio files, and photos right on his key chain. He could even go as far as color-coding his data, by using one colored drive for photos and another colored drive for documents.
To connect the drive to your computer, swing out the protective shell at up to 180 degrees. The blue LED will light up to alert you when the drive is transferring data. The new Memorex TravelDrive will be available this month at major consumer electronics retailers and office super stores in the US and Canada and www.eMemorex.com. Price ranges from $19.99 to $129.99, depending on capacity.
