Phew. It seems that science has finally found a use for breathing that isn't all caught up with the transporting of oxygen molecules to the blood. By strapping this slick little Instructables device on your torso, you can also charge your USB-powered devices...almost...The power generator, assembled from, "an old CD-ROM drive, a basic electronic circuit, and a few rubber bands," only managed to create 50mW of power. I looks like we're going to have to keep breathing for the same old reasons, like not dying.
