Shock of shocks: A 13-year-old girl won LG's National Texting Championship in New York City yesterday. Morgan Pozgar of Claysburg, Penn., who says she sends about 8.000 texts each month, out-typed West Coast champion Eli Tirosh, 21, of Los Angeles, Calif. by correctly entering:
"Supercalifragilisticexpialidoucious! Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious. If you say it loud enough you'll always sound precocious,"
Pozgar takes home $25,000--presumably to help her parents pay her cell phone bill.

Here's my question - did they give her a device with a QWERTY keypad or did she have to use T9 or something? ;)

yeah i was wondering that. well she couldnt hav used t9 cause it need to recognize the word to do that. i heard her bill each month is around 350 bucks
