Sure, the thought of a dog with spider-like powers frightens me a bit but if it's in the form of a music playing robot dog, why not? I'm not going to write an entire song for this one but at least you can download our Gearlog podcast and listen to it through the Spi-Dog's speakers.

The multicolored blinking LED's and I-Dog sounds are all still there but the reddish eyes on the traditional Spider-Man costume Spi-Dog seem a bit scary. As long as it doesn't mess up the carpet with webbing (yeah, thats what that is) or start climbing walls I'm cool. The Spi-Dog is available now for $39.95 and might satisfy the Spider-fanboy in you; at least until Spider-Man 3 comes out. [via Engadet]
