The Soft USB Hub 2.0 doesn't look all that soft--it actually resembles a chew toy, or a bacteria, or something like that. It's designed for folks who want to spice up their peripherals and don't particularly care for all the brushed aluminum, shiny black plastic, or beige boxes that are common in the PC peripheral world. The hub is, as its name says, USB 2.0-compliant, and sports three USB 2.0 ports around its 3-inch body.
This hub might be perfect for children or people who want an extra dose of cute at their desk. It's $24 at the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) Store, and members of the museum get a discount (it's currently on back-order.) The Soft USB Hub 2.0 comes only in green, which is a shame, but it's still pretty cute and a welcome change from the standard boxy shape of every peripheral you could possibly get for your PC. Even so, you might want to set it somewhere on your desk where curious children or pets can't get to it.
