I don't know about you, but when Pink changed her hair to blonde, she really fell off the face of Earth for me. But for our friends in Germany, she is still as big as she um, once was?
TrekStor GmbH, the largest German MP3 manufacturer, has inked a deal with Pink to sell MP3 players with the singer's signature. The appropriately-designed i.Beat is pink and features a color LCD screen that allows you to scroll through songs, check out pictures, and even watch video. The player sports a built-in FM tuner; ID3 tag display; a built-in microphone; and SRS WOW surround sound. The flash-based players come in two sizes: 1 GB and 2 GB, and the company promises the 2 GB version will store 500 songs.
Similar to most other players on the market, the i.Beat pink features a touch-sensitive scroll pad that also illuminates so you can see the arrows in the dark. The back is covered in aluminium and features Pink's very own John Hancock along with a sweet message ("with love, xoxo"). In addition to MP3 files, the player also supports WMA and WAV files, while you can enjoy video in SMV.
The i.Beat pink will offer 12 hours of playback and will set you back $119.99 for the 1 GB version or $139.99 for the 2 GB version when it hits retail outlets in April.
