Those plucky plumbers of Super Mario Bros. fame have been the darlings of the videogame industry for years, but all they seem to do is destroy bricks and blocks that I'm sure a hard-working Koopa artisan spent a lot of time building. Regardless of the wanton destruction caused by the plumbers for the sake of coins and mushrooms, we can enjoy their likeness in the form of Super Mario Brothers Sound Blocks.

Mario, Fire Power Mario and his oft ignored brother Luigi stand on blocks and are 3" of old school goodness. When you press them down, you get one of four sounds such as the coin and jump sounds. Each individual one also comes with a specific sound such as the fireball or the power-up noise. Since they're rare and are imported from Japanese capsule vending machines, you are sent one randomly. However, hearing the 1-Up sound over and over again is still worth $4.99. [via Gizmodo]
