Remember when 128MB flash drives ran for $100? Now you can get a 12GB portable drive for roughly about the same size and price. The Memorex Mega Travel drive looks like a miniature cell phone from a distance, but this little fella can store up to 12GBs of data. It competes with Verbatim's 12GB wonder, which carries a sleek white finish. It's based on a 1-inch hard drive technology, so there's actually platters spinning inside this little thing. The Mega Travel Drive comes with a silicon sleeve that protects its gun-metal finish from nicks and scratches. And it fits nicely into your pockets. All Memorex needs to do now is put a keychain on it.

Neither of those products are flash drives. They are mini hard drives.

My mistake.
