When I look at this cell phone strap, I can only see it useful for strippers. Where else are they going to keep their cell phone safe?!? The CPC Strap from HTL Wireless features features a "revolutionary fastener" to keep your cell phone in place with metal eyelets to attach five pieces of jewelry. To make a call, simply bend over to remove it from its holder. You can also attach the loop strap to your wrist or arm from 5-inches to 20-inches.
According to the product page (which looks like a Web site built in the 90's), when you attach the strap to your ankle, that's called "Ricca Style"; when you attach two cell phones to your wrist, it's called "Vette Style". Each CPC Strap sells for $19.95 plus shipping and handling. (via TechieDiva)

Oh wow, you're right - that's a HORRIBLE site design. Yikes. :(
As to the gadget itself...I...can't even think it'd be useful to strippers - one drunken patron too many and your cell phone is missing! I really can't think of anyone this would be good for.

You forgot to mention that, when strapped to your wrist in any work environment, it's "Dick Tracy's Style"!
All that site needs is 20-30 animated GIFs and it'd be ready for the big time.
