Do you love your Chamillionaire ring tone and waking up to rock-n-roll on your alarm clock, but hate the boring honk of your car horn? The makers of Horntones have developed a device that replaces your car's single-tone honk with the tune of your choice.
The Horntones FX-550 system is the first mobile audio system that allows you to customize the sound of your vehicle's horn function using virtually any standard audio file. It's an after-market accessory that ties into your regular car horn system, allowing you to blare audio clips at nearby motorists or pedestrians. The unit holds up to eight audio files at once and can be loaded from any USB flash drive. Horntones will cost $149.99 when it's released in April; pre-orders should be available today.

Make sure to include the choruses from "Dead Man's Curve" and "Teen Angel."

Nice idea, but $250 to $500 a pop? Who are you kidding?
Make it cheaper, they will come (and buy it!)

This product should come with the "Whistling Dixie" horntone on the "Dukes Of Hazzard" TV show. I Wonder if this is effective as the regular horn honks on regular vehicles.
