Some people are just a little S.L.O.W. You know, Super Luxurious Omnidirectional Whatchamajiggers. If you don't know your Dr. Seuss, you better catch up on it, because this car is well on its way to eBay stardom--for $3 million big ones.
The custom-built S.L.O.W., being auctioned off by the Volo Museum in Illinois, claims the vehicle is fully functional and can reach a top speed of 43 mph. Even better, the S.L.O.W. cost $1.2 million to make, and each part was hand-fabricated (yikes!). It was featured in Hollywood's rendition of "The Cat in the Hat" starring Mike Myers, sports a lawnmower-esque electric motor and is decked out with plush leather seats.
So far, ten bids have been placed; the highest bidder has offered only a paltry $75,300 for this important piece of movie history. So if you've got a thing for movie cars and Dr. Seuss, and you don't mind dropping a few million to impress your poorer friends, better place your bid before the auction closes on March 4th.

That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen! And I loved the movie. :)
