Growing up in a Spanish home comes with its own set of cultural nuances. Telenovelas were always on TV, Goya was a staple, and certain slang words were ingrained into my memory. One was the affectionate-sounding "culito," which is a variation of the Spanish word for "buttocks" and is pronounced "coo-lee-toe." (I called mi abuela to verify this.) That explains why I did a double-take when I read the title for a product on Vavolo.com: The Coolito LB-W Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier may just be another dry air solution for some people, but for those who grew up watching Telemundo, this product may usher in a new age of butt care.
The Coolito's description reads: "Effectively protects against fungus, bacteria... is a perfect device to improve air quality of household or office, especially in winter time, and helps to building up positive effect on resistance to infection." Sounds like it could help defend a home against extreme flatulence, though it may not be all that comfortable to sit on... Seriously, I do not advocate using this device for any purposes other than that originally intended, but I can't look at it without stifling a chuckle.
