PC Magazine's Bryan Gardiner also caught Gates's keynote; the departing Microsoft chieftain's main focus was on connectivity as the key to a truly digital world. Gates talked up Vista, offering a glimpse of some never before seen features behind Vista Office and Windows Live and explaining how they will offer users "unprecedented and seamless connectivity."
