The Mission 400 Plus is a 1,054-horsepower sports car that's aiming to become the worlds fastest street-legal car. To achieve this feat, the Mission 400 Plus must attain a speed of more than 400 km/h (about 249 mph) at next year's Blue Ribbon race.
The Mission 400 Plus is the joint creation of Jürgen Alzen Motorsport, RS Tuning, and H&R springs, and its world debut took place last week at the Essen Motor Show. RS Tuning built the engine based on the latest 997-series Porsche 911 Turbo. The engine has been reworked with all new peripherals, larger intake manifolds, and smoother ports, and is equipped with a more powerful turbocharging system and a high-performance exhaust.
The car will attempt to claim the world record next year on the high-speed track in Nardo, which places extreme demands on the Mission 400 Plus suspension. H&R custom made a special version of its H&R High-End suspension specifically for the track. creator and driver Jürgen Alzen behind the wheel.
