elevatorlaptopstand.jpgHave you ever wanted to lift your laptop off the desk just a bit more? Griffin Technology announced today its Elevator Desktop Stand for Portable Computers. (Catchy name, eh?) The Elevator "uses a 1/2-inch-thick crossbar to hold two 1/4-inch-thick aluminum standards, positioning the laptop's screen at an ideal height for viewing."

It will raise your laptop 5.5 inches off your desk and is said to accommodate all Macintosh laptops and other laptops 10 inches wide and wider.

Get Griffin's Elevator Desktop Stand today for $39.99.

I dig this laptop stand-pretty straight forward and doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles like some stands that try to be docking stations. Plenty of room to attach a USB hub or something on the underside, too!
