It features an illuminating Santa in his sleigh being pulled by two reindeer. Just plug the 12-volt adapter into your vehicle's cigarette lighter, hang the decoration on the window with the included suction cups, and watch as your fellow drivers will drive by you in awe (or anger, for that matter).
