Volkswagen has teamed up with Kidrobot, creator and retailer of limited-edition art toys and apparel, to introduced the Dunny Edition Volkswagen Rabbit. With this partnership, Volkswagen and Kidrobot hope to demonstrate an exciting example of the intersection of pop art and auto culture. Volkswagen unveiled the two-door black Rabbit at the grand opening of the new Kidrobot store-gallery on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles last Thursday.
The Dunny Edition Volkswagen Rabbit features a patterned high-gloss exterior; green- tinted windows, headlights and taillights; and a green, anodized-aluminum-accented interior with similar patterned seats; and a custom-green molded shift knob.
