Admit it: You've thrown a videogame controller at some point in your gaming lifetime. Of course, controllers aren't meant to be thrown, which is why the new Nerf Wireless Controller ($29.99 list) from Hasbro and Pelican seems like an odd mix of technologies. The outside of this 2.4-Ghz wireless gamepad is made of the same stuff as a Nerf football (and available in Nerflike red, black, blue, and orange), while the hardware inside is essentially a Pelican gamepad.

Available exclusively for the PlayStation 2, the Nerf Controller is squeezable but still rigid, with a firm grip. We haven't tested the controller yet, but something tells us it's not a good idea to toss it, despite the whole NERF thing.

Gawd! It's not for throwing, it's for beating your opponents slightly less painfully!

no, first u need to press your reset button on ur nerf wireless, then u hold select and R3 for 2 second, after that your nerf controller will connect and it will work fine lifelong, after u turn off ur ps2, the nerf controller light is still flashing, that is fine, leave it for a minute then it will go off. since i brought one too it's works fine, and great feeling ofcource.
