1080p-Projector.jpg

This has been quite the year for home theater, with the arrival of 1080p HDTV sets, but the newest player on the block makes those 42-inch flat panels feel just like mere TV sets. The SIM2 Multimedia Domino D80 projector offers 1080p resolution with 10-bit processing, and can cast a widescreen image that is a full 100 inches.

This DLP home theater projector is capable of displaying the latest movies on HD-DVD or Blu-ray and can make PS3 games really come to life, while the 160-watt lamp is powerful enough that you don't need a completely dark room to enjoy the show. With this unit you'll feel like a true movie mogul, but you better plan on selling a moneymaking screenplay to pay for it. The D80 costs $9995, but for that price you won't have to deal with sticky floors, people talking during the movie and best of all, you'll always have the best seat in the house.
