If you're anything like me, you enjoy beating up bullies, destroying private property, and utterly obliterating keyboards. But if we're really similar, then you'll enjoy winning the Razer Tarantula gaming keyboard ($129.99 list). Till December 6, Razer is offering a brand-spankin'-new Tarantula to the five people who destroy their current keyboards the in the most spectacular way. The top fifty finalists will receive a t-shirt (whoop de doo). To enter, you need to sign up at Razer's Web site and then submit a video of yourself and your destructive behavior via YouTube.

Before you grab a sledgehammer, though, here's what you will be getting if you win. The Tarantula offers an anti-ghosting capability to prevent key jamming when multiple keys are pressed, as well as Razer's optimized Hyperesponse for reduced key latency and maximum response time. The keyboard also has a headphone-out and microphone-in jack, as well as two USB ports. Perhaps the best feature is an additional ten macro keys with more symbols, and 95 programmable keys that can be programmed without drivers and on five different gaming profiles. Also, the keys light up, so you can game in low- or no-light rooms with ease.

Good luck, and happy gadget-mashing!

I still reserve judgement on this one like I did back here:

But at the same time, that's a really REALLY cool marketing gimmick. I have so many spare keyboards at home, I'm sure I can find one to beat the snot out of to get a shiny new one of these!
