This wasn't exactly unexpected, but it's still welcome: T-Mobile's popular Blackberry Pearl is now available on the nation's largest carrier, Cingular. The Pearl will be available tomorrow in some stores and online, spreading nationwide by Monday, and it will cost $199.99 with a two-year contract.
Cingular's Pearl sounds a lot like T-Mobile's version, with somewhat different software; it has the same cool design, same easy-to-use OS, and same MP3, video, and 1.3 megapixel camera capabilities. The Cingular version adds Cingular's relatively-little-used push-to-talk system and the ability to use TeleNav for driving directions if you go out and buy a Bluetooth GPS receiver.
Check out the official press release and my review of the Blackberry Pearl.

I've already seen it and think it is incredibly advanced, technologically and aesthetically.
