I'm an LED lunatic. I love any type of gadget or gizmo with flashing lights! That's why I'm telling you about this new interactive music light show called Lightcast. Designed by Farm Fresh, it's a customizable projector that connects to your iPod, MP3 player, stereo system or computer, and lights up in different colors to the beat of your music. Lightcast uses 33 LEDs to offer you four light modes: Smooth, Flow, Vibe and Pulse. With these modes, you can program the projector to mix up the sequence of the modes to create your very own light show. And you can choose either the focusing lens or mirror option to also customize your light show. I can see the Lightcast becoming very popular at birthday parties and Bar Mitzvahs, since you can project the lights on to the ceiling, walls or any other angle for a truly fun dance party!. Lightcast is 8 inches in diameter and stands less than three inches high. It includes a remote control, audio input cable and an AC adapter. Recommended for ages 8 and up. Expect a review of the Lightcast soon! Get the Lightcast for $35.95. Thanks to Consumer Electronics Reviews Editor Brian Bennett for the tip!

Instant strobe light! Seriously, if it works that well to high tempo music, this would be a great replacement for a strobe...or three. :)
