This Week on Gearlog Radio: We get a exclusive look at the colorful, consumer-oriented Treo 680; Two of the best D-SLRs on the market go head to head; Molly finds a robot dog that will slobber on your leg; and Dan explains why he will miss the first ever Gearlog reader meetup at Digital Life. Plus, American Idol goes geeky. (well, geekier)
I specifically enjoyed hearing about Dan's adventures at the Napster burlesque show. ;) Here's my question, since everyone was impressed with the PS3, do you think it's worth the cash? I mean, it's going to be incredibly expensive, and there are going to be so few available, what would you all reccomend as far as someone actually trying to get one? Wait until after the holidays, at the very least? I'm pretty interested in Dell's new budget LCD; if the response rate is right, I can do with another 20.1-inch LCD display; I have two on my main computer, but would love some for the other computers in the house, and at that price they win; no more waiting for deals like I did before!
