I occasionally roll with the Hollywood set, and the other night I heard a good rumor. Rumor, people. It's a rumor. As you may know, Tom Cruise was one of the first Helio users, thanks to his personal friendship with Helio founder Sky Dayton. So a friend of a friend of mine heard Tom was scheduled to be involved in some way with one of the first two Helio commercials (which are really quite funny - catch them on TV). Cruise went as far as demanding $1,000 worth of sushi for himself to eat at the studio while he did his thing - but then bailed, leaving the four-digit fish to be consumed by hungry peons. No hard feelings between Suri's dad and Helio, though. Making things even more amusing, I also heard that Cruise may have invested a token sum in the reportedly struggling, if undeniably hip new wireless carrier. Helio doesn't need money -- its two parents, SK Telecom and Earthlink, have deep pockets and considerable patience. A Cruise investment would be more on the lines of pitching in to a buddy's new business venture to show good will. I am not even going to bother trying to confirm any of this with Helio. It might be true, it might not be true, whatever. But I think it's a funny rumor, from sources I trust, that doesn't hurt anyone. You've been warned.

Does this mean that there will be Helio-branded Scientology phones next, where you can receive text messages on the next dynamic to achieve?

No surprise if Tom Cruise puts money into another famous rich scientologist ventures... Scientologists have some confidence into scientologists. They want to dominate the world.

Do you know first hand what they want to do? Watch out for people speaking out of fear. Do you know who IS dominating the world right now? You are! But the way you (and me and everyone else) does it is to give our consent to those we deem sane enough to make the big decisions for us. Tell me this. How sane are we to allow people like Bush and Blair to make decisions which are not even representative of the respective countries' majorities? Have a look into how the Bush family made their fortune and you will discover that no small part of the Bush fortune was due to his grandfather's funding of none other than Adolf Hitler in the runnup to WWII. You will then start to see how much money there is to be made from war.

Yo, this is because the CEO of Helio is a scientologist...no coincidence there. Sky Dayton, who's quote is that on your homepage? http://home.earthlink.net/~sky/ http://www.skydayton.com

In the midst of speculations, her My Name is Earl costar Jason Lee told E!, "She's gonna be a good wife, she's gonna be a great mom." Pressly admitted to Leno that she'd told Lee about the pregnancy and he'd inadvertantly revealed the information at a red-carpet event.
