Lenovo, the company formerly known as Legend, bought out the ThinkPad and ThinkCentre franchise from IBM early last year. Today, Lenovo released its first PCs that expand their offerings in the US, while retaining the Think line for medium and large business. The Lenovo 3000 series of desktops and laptops is notable for going after the small business and some consumers at a competitive price ($399-999). Another item of note is that the J105 desktops can be configured with AMD Athlon 64 and Sempron processors. I'm looking forward to getting these into the labs to see if they're as good as the competition from Dell, HP, and Gateway.
